Maremma Toscana DOC 2012, 13,5%. Made with Cigliegiolo grapes, from a 50 y.o. vineyard, aged in wood for few months. Bottle tasted in July 2014. Bright and limpid color. The nose was quite elegant, tobacco, leather and a bit smoky. Mouth not quite as powerful as the nose, but with good acidity and not too heavy.
