So good. Smells like flint, ammonia, and dirty hippy. Changes every five minutes. A little bit of weight and refreshing acidity. My new jam.

Very alike a good Sancerre but with subtile use of oak. Highly aromatic, not as green as most other austrian SB, more white peach and gooseberry and also something exotic. Crisp acidity (Silex!); very harmonic, good lenght. Very juicy afterhall.
