Green pepper, cherry, meat, barnyard funk. A very lively nose which needs a little time to settle. The palate is rather round with a straight finish : when the roundness finishes the acid backbone takes over and goes a long way. Red fruits all along the way, no real harsh tannins but a nice sweet texture and a nice grip. No real harsh tannins but a little kick that stops the roundness and implement the straight finish. Nice uncommon wine with a seductive / wild profile

Jun 15th, 2018Strong green pepper nose at first that goes away after a while. The pepper touch is on the palate too at first. After a while currant, earth on the nose. The palate is rich and ample with red berries, cherry, silky tannins and a long finish.
