Excellent Cabernet Franc from Saumur. High toned with great cherry and green pepper. Not too green, some great minerality and good acid keeps this nice.

Bramble, wild raspberry, mushroom, pencil lead, turned earth, tobacco leaf, green peppercorn, clove, Ceylon cinnamon, parsley, smoke. Balanced across the board from structure to aroma/flavor. These are always so pretty and mineral with purity of fruit. Much more focused and complex than the village bottling

A little green. Some eucalyptus, started opening up after an hour with the green blowing off and showing more fruit.
