This was quite interesting. I’ve never come across a dry Vignoles. Normally Finger Lakes Vignoles are sugar bombs that make Coca Cola seem dry. But this had an upfront burst of Vignoles fruit and sweetness into a tail of a semi-dry white almost like a steel tank Chard finish. Not bad.
