Finger Lakes Semi-dry Riesling. It's 2009, I held on to it for a while but it was delicious. Bright Pineapple with citrus zest & honey. Round, delicious & cheese friendly. Try with blue cheese or Alemar's Good Thunder Surly washed rind cheese out of Mankato.

One of the few off-dry Rieslings I was able to find at my local liquor & wine spots as the rest were toted to be dry or sweet. (Delectable guided me to this bottle.) Loved how it complemented the charcuterie board that my friends and I noshed for dinner. Sweet to my normally red-favoring tongue but a nice follow-up to the Prosecco we started with.
