This Cabernet Sauvignon from South Africa is very easy drinking. Soft and nuanced, it presents blackberry jam, cocoa, wet stone, and mint. The finish is long with fine tannins. Not bad on its own, but really delicious with NY strip steaks.

Enjoyed this 2016 with Lamb Chops ~ Surprisingly it went very nicely with it subtle flavors with hints of wild grasses and berries. Its dryness made the flavors of lamb chops come alive.
