Sonoma Coast Syrah

Blueberry, cedar, earth, slight rubber tire, tar, soft tannins

Dense, ripe blue fruit, but soft and elegant palate. 2/3 whole cluster, shows lovely spice and savory qualities.

Black pepper and violets through and through. Wonderfully restrained Syrah at 13.4% alc, but lacked some complexity from start to finish. Nice grip.

Beautiful balance between blue fruit, floral, and singed meat notes...and so fresh and high-toned. I really can't wait to try the two single vineyard expressions.

Bacon and barnyard and pepper and leather. Dead ringer for N Rhone syrah. Bright acid, fine tannin. Tremendous depth that retains a light touch.

Love anthill-even their cool climate Syrah

This drinks 2x its cost and has the nose of 3x. Lavender, herbs, caramelized meat, supple tannins, great acid.
