Jun 22nd, 2021BBQ’s soulmate. Campfire, violets, menthol, olives. Drank well at PnP and opened nicely after an hour of air. I consider this middle aged and will pop my next 2013 in 3-6 years to see where it goes.

Young syrah but opened up nicely. Drank over 3 days and got better each time. Rich fruit, black cherry, currants, a little plum and raisin. Very good mouth feel, enjoyable young but needs a little air.
