A well made wine that offers pleasant drinking but doesn’t have a great deal of varietal character. The acidity is medium rather than high, and there is obvious oak on the nose and palate. What there isn’t is the green herbaceous character many consumers look for in Sauvignon. There is elderflower, yellow plum, lemon and a bit of green apple but little if the steely herbaceous character that drive many people to this grape.

Medium straw color. Aromas of citrus, honeysuckle and orange blossoms. Great Sauvignon Blanc, with tropical fruits, passion fruit and baked apple.
