Decent off dry Mosel for price-$21. Green apple, citrus, white flowers. Almost too easy to drink.

Such an excellent wine. Feminine and mystifying. The minerality is unreal, persistent, and multifaceted.

Nose shows green fruit, peach blossom, crushed chalk and a blue cheese character. Piercingly pure fruit - limes and apples - on the palate, allied to an immediate rush of sweetness that is cleaned up effortlessly by tingly acidity. Skin contact (I think) has lent it texture and a palpable cling. It adds to the pleasure of having it in the mouth, but moreover the gorgeous fruit hangs around for a long time afterwards.

Beautiful, off dry Riesling. Not too sweet, perfect tension. All about balance. It’s like I am drinking liquid stones!
