Nose shows green fruit, peach blossom, crushed chalk and a blue cheese character. Piercingly pure fruit - limes and apples - on the palate, allied to an immediate rush of sweetness that is cleaned up effortlessly by tingly acidity. Skin contact (I think) has lent it texture and a palpable cling. It adds to the pleasure of having it in the mouth, but moreover the gorgeous fruit hangs around for a long time afterwards.
