Savage Syrah Grenache

Black currants, black tea, blackberries in a relatively svelte body w integrated, moderate tannins.

meaty, floral, garrigue, finessed, firm but open tannins.

Raw orange fruit, cherry, a bit of funk. Finish falls off.

first time tasted. Fresh, black fruited, dense on palate & in color. A very good one note which may loosen up within a few years, but guessing not much more left in the tank.

Spicy Rhône blend, unfiltered, fresh, easy. Organic farming.

One of the best values around. I don’t know why I want to even alert others to this wine, it will make it more inaccessible, but all I can say: GET IT!

Extremely Nice

Super mineral - wet sidewalk for days. Quiet black fruit with wet forest floor. Medium tannin, medium+ acid. Needed food to be enjoyed. Sort of nondescript, but serviceable.

Good opening notes, tannins opened up nicely. Spice and fruits abound.

Smooth but fruity and delicious. Drinks like a Pinot but hits like a California cab
