Mar 5th, 2016Fabulous! Give it an hour or so to breathe in a decanter if you can. Silky smooth with all kinds of different underlying notes. I don't want to get into wine reviewer's clichés but this is a wonderful wine with penne arrabiata or a good steak or roast chicken. The remainder of the bottle will probably be even better tomorrow.
