If you love bold tannins from start to finish this is it! Mild floral and undergrowth nose. Subtle cherry, dry flowers and woody earth on the palate. Long finish. Not much change after 4.5 hours. May need to decant longer to open up more.

Took a chance on this when it was 50% off ($20 out the door) - and with fingers crossed I opened this and was greeted with that unmistakable dusty cherry flavor mingled w/violets and damp soil. Mid weight on palate w/decent acidity & tannins & respectable length on finish. Adding .2 for QPR
