The 2022 Sottobanco, a varietal Procanico, displays dried flower, crushed rocks, underbrush and apricot aromas. Textural and weighty, it’s lifted by zesty acidity and mineral tones. Really light, fruity apples taste. Big malo taste reminiscent of a cider. Pretty solid.
