Ambonnay Brut Nature Champagne Blend

A lovely brut zero Champagne. Crisp and electric. So easy to drink.

Bio champagne, 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. Yellow Orange in color, fine fizzy bubbles, cake, brioche, good acids. Will buy again.

1998 - woah. Beaufort has been up and down for me, but this blew me away. Unapologetic. Disgorged in January 2013. Insane complexity..pickled & fresh ginger, orange zest. Belle Époque.
