Honestly shocked this holds up so well next to the Ganevat. Rounder, hint of sweet oak?, some florals, lavender?, and the extra 2.5% alcohol shows on the finish, but the similarity in steely citrus flavors is there.

I think this is the first Chardonnay made by Mike Smith that I've tasted. It is truly excellent. It has a really nice lightness and vibrancy to the mouthfeel. It expresses notes of lemon curd, cream, and just a hint of vanilla.
