For a moscato, this was on the dry side. The bubbles were aplenty though, which was fun. If you have this with a more savory dessert, it will seem sweet. If you have it with a sweet dessert, it will seem dry. Enjoyable nevertheless.

Delightfully pink and effervescent. Smells of candied raspberry and cherry, with a hint of ripe peach. Big, coarse bubbles sparkle the tongue, followed by sweet cherry and grapefruit. Short finish. Enjoyed this with bacon wrapped dates drizzled with balsamic glaze.
