Lean, meaty, gamey. Northern Rhône bacon fat all through the palate. Really nice.

Great! Dark fruit, mild oakiness, well balanced and smooth!

A hot mess last night, but settled down nicely on day 2.

Pairs perfectly with truffle cheese

Delicious, briny teriyaki notes. Blueberry tart.

Dark plums, too high acid yet round. Don't get again. Skirt steak at home.

Tart and dark fruit. Mellow but could lay down for 10 years!

Black raspberry with a little forest floor on the finish. Tannins in that sweet spot between youth and age. Needed about an hour of decant to go from shouty to lovely. This is in a great place now.
