Vintage 2010 | tuilé rim, mesmerizing deep smell, with vanilla, leather, red cherrie, smell is deep and rich, slowly developing tertiary tones. Very supple taste, no tannins what so ever. Good balance. Paired with a steak and morilles, flambéed with cognac.

Jun 18th, 2023Vintage 2010 / Half transparant. Enormous rich smell, at first red fruit, then vanilla, brushwood, cedar, a beautiful mix of spices, graphite. A vibrant taste with hardly any tannins, many acids present. Might be at his top now, though I still have the feeling that it is wise to cellar the wine further. Paired with vegetables/potato gratin and rib eye with red winesauce.
