Seductive, aromatic dark cherries mix with some leather & roast meat with an uplifting thyme note. On the palate this is very fresh, sappy yet quite round on the palate with great purity and balance. Beautiful tannins, too. This has power without too much weight. A truly great interpretation of Cab Franc.
