A tint of pink and orange, blanc de noir means white wine from red grapes. The label promises "Rosewater, passion fruit & citron notes". There are rose, lemon and green unripe fruit notes in nose. In the mouth, lemon, lemon skin, and tropical fruit (yes, that one) on the finish. Very slight astringency on the tongue, otherwise negligible tannins. Fairly dry, rounded mouthfeel. A tasty wine, reasonably priced given the price of regular (red) Pinot noirs.

Very pleasant, crisp with floral notes, citrus and nectarine. Well balanced, fruit is powerful enough to go with a bit of spice but it's elegant for seafood as well.

This full-bodied white shows peach blossom, lemon cake, cantaloupe, pineapple, and aloe throughout. Balancing acids and low RS pull it back from the brink of total opulence.
