There's not a lot of Chardonnay out there in my opinion that can put this one in its place. Heintz vineyard, with botrytis rot on the grapes as it arrives (by choice), and yet it turns into this incredibly floral, complex dry chardonnay. 200 case production.

Grapes come in with a little boytris, which I haven’t heard of before. Definitely picked up a little Sauterne like on the nose. Palate was dry with some nice acidity. Very interesting chard. Great pull @Matt Trader, TWP.
