From one of the most selective vineyard sites in Amici’s portfolio, the 2022 Hirondelle is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the eastern side of Napa’s Stags Leap District. The vineyard’s unique terroir of volcanic rock and river sediment delivers depth, precision, and structure. Stainless steel fermentation followed by 18 months in 100% new French oak highlights both purity of fruit and power of place. Produced in very limited quantities, it’s a cellar-worthy stunner.
Aromas & Flavors
Cherry cordial, cassis, crushed violets, and a touch of orange marmalade on the nose. The palate unfolds with layers of blackberry, black cherry, and subtle baking spice.
