Mildly chewy and dark fruit forward. Crosses the palate smooth all the way through, with the better part of Helena, California written all over it. Really fills your mouth. Enjoy it with sharp cheeses and gamey meats to calm down some of the spiciness of those delectables. I will buy another couple bottles, for sure--especially at the current price point. Ridic with a creamy milk chocolate.
