This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Walla Walla Valley in Washington State.
Full-bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing black fruits with earth, wood, spices, peppercorn, chocolates, tobacco, graphite, dark coffee and black pepper.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This young Washington Cabernet is good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime. Fruit forward and rich.
Very approachable now, and will be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. Will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.
A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 6% Malbec, 2% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Aged in (29% new) French Oak barrels.

Bursting with flavors! Nice cheery and spice mix. Not too dry. Paired wonderfully with our steak and sweet potatoes.

Black cherry, rose petals, lemon thyme, malted cocoa in nose. Beautifully round & bright, lush mouth watering finish balanced. Goes with beef ribs, garlic chicken wings, Gilles mushrooms and vanilla ice cream.
