Amaro Italiano

My fave mellow Amaro so far. This would be a super mixer. But for those turned off by the realllllly bitter amaros (not I but I get it) this would be a thing. Orange peel, cinnamon, something, oh, bark-y? Truly lovely. The masochist in me prefers ramozotti if I had to sip Amaro straight but I’m friggin’ adoring this.

Huge fan of Amaro, especially Montenegro. Here's a Montenegro Manhattan: 2oz rye, 1oz Amaro Montenegro, 0.25oz Punt E Mes and maraschino cherry for garnish. Enjoy. #cocktail

Excellent chilled on a warm spring day

Beautiful herbal bitterness and heady floral notes mingled with burnt orange and lavendar honey. Very enjoyable as it continues to evolve in the glass.

Honey, mint, rose water, oranges. Delightfully smooth.
