Feb 27th, 2016I had a eureka moment with white pepper (rotundone) on this! Expressive nose of underripe white peach, subtle herbaceousness (not pyrazines). Mid-weight, with a certain richness on the palate- it could be Pinot Gris from Alsace but for the bone-dryness and the searing high acid. Rippling with energy and infused with sunshine.
