A nice oxidized Sherry with ample amounts of toffee, caramel and should I say orange blossom? Not over oxidize and has a little freshness to it.

Oloroso from Montilla Moriles DO vice sherry de Jerez. Wonderful and rich oloroso. Also unfiltered, yeah!
