This Altocedro 2017 Tempranillo is from La Consulta, Mendoza. Rich dark red color, ripe plum fruit, full body. Generous leather and some dark chocolate, and a little green pine leaf on the nose. Very little residual sugar or almost dry. Tannin stays on the back palate for a while. 14.1 % abv.
