Quite a feisty South African Shiraz that opens up well over the first couple of glasses. I would particularly enjoy this with strong, perhaps peppery meats.

Definitely a different style and profile that I'm used to for BC and Aussie Shiraz. Earthier, but enjoyed it more as it opened up.
