One of the members nailed it with “Sweet and Tart”. I’ll expand; The nose was awesome with sugared strawberries. As this breathed it transitions to FRESH NIBS with mineral oil at end. The front end flavour delivered the Strawberry then just a hint of Allspice and finish was very light unfortunately no terroir only tartness of cranberry. Accompanied by Cedar planked Lemon dill Salmon, charred yellow pepper with green beans & new potatoes in butter🍷

A fragrant PN from Patagonia. Red cherry, cranberry, and lightly candied strawberry upfront, followed by rose petals, cinnamon spice, and forest floor. An energetic medium to full body with fresh acidity and soft tannins. Quite delightful.
