Aging gracefully. So good! No rush to drink these.

Decanted for 60minutes. Still primary and needs more time. The primary black cherry dominates the palate. Give it a few more years at least.

Much improved from several months ago.

So smooth on the palate. BlackBerry, tobacco, and a bit of coffee.

Really starting to shine after some more aging....

Smooth and elegant. Needs a hour or two to fully open up. Expected more though...

Single vineyard Brunello. This is a wine that has a huge, intriguing nose full of dark fruit, musk, and forest floor but due to the structure needs time to be enjoyed. Guessing at least 3-5 years but maybe more.
