Subtle aromas of mint, black fruit and chocolate. Tooth staining black in color. Still fruit forward on the palate with flavors of plum, blackberry and anise. Med-firm tannins with a nice finish.

Not as intense as other Altamuras.. but very nice with light plum and black fruits.. smooth tannins for a wine this young!

Probably the second best Cab I've tasted this year... explosion of fruit and dark flowers on nose & palate. After decanting for an hour, exhibits spice and hint of mint.
Long finish with soft tannins.
