What a pleasant surprise- a still wine made with a varietal typically used for Cava. Has a deep stony fruit and pith character I really like. Decent length, acidity, & mid palate. Definitely punches above its weight. Local wine buyer recommendation.

2019. Robe pâle avec un relant liquoreux. Décevant; difficile à tolérer malgré qu'il soit bio. Me donne un mal de tête la 2e journée (au premier verre de la journée). Ne reprendrai pas.
