Spanish chardonnay. No real notes as we are in a gourmet Japanese spot together with wife and kid to celebrate the end of the school year. Nice lemony, buttery nose. Good acid drive, a bit of a salty touch in the rear. Had it along truffle-augmented tuna sashimi and it was a superb pairing.
