Fat and round, with oak and plenty of acids. Honeyed and oily, lean sawdust tannins, chervil, tarragon, & lychee

Big nose - white grapefruit, lychee, pineapple syrup. Broad shoulders, but a firm scaffolding. Seashells. Long finish.

Watch out burgundy.

Petrol and grapefruit.

Refreshing. A bit of weight. Good acidity.

Am I drinking Burgundy? Definitely a more oak influenced Sancerre than the norm. Certainly not a complaint, but good to know if you are matching it to the more Sancerre food traditions.
