bouquet shows strong grassy/vegetal notes, pine, yellow and white flowers, stone, green apples. lemon. a little smoke.
flavors of grass, dried herbs, stone, a little sweet lemon. faint yeast on finish. very nice. acidic but round. a solid sancerre well priced. a steal. had with general tsao's 🐔

There's a lot of pineapple and stone fruit on the nose. So much so that the fruit aromas were leaping out of the glass as soon as the wine was poured.

The acidity does a tremendous job at cutting through the richness of goat cheese. Largely mineral-driven, I only wished that the length persisted a tad longer.

The wine wasn't nearly as exciting on the second day. Drink up!
