May 13th, 2017Once again this wine just gets better and better, bold, spicy, with great earth notes. The tannins are beginning to smooth out, has a dry finish, you can lay this down for 15 years, fantastic.

Nov 20th, 2016Amazing complexity on the nose. Blackberry, tannin, lots of vanilla and a hint of licorice. Taste has a little acidity but not much, medium bodied, taste is intense at first then drops off significantly but doesn't disappear. Does linger in small amounts.

2013 - decanted for 1.5 hours. Nose of pencil slate and currants, full body with dark chocolate. Very young - should be beautiful in a few years. Laying down the other 2 bottles
