Holy crap. Layers upon layers upon layers of sexy sexy earth and spice tones, clove, nutmeg, etc... with lots of great black liquorice and just enough pyrazine to tell you it's a cab. Powerful, but not abrasive on the palate with velvety tannins and gentle acidity balancing the richness. This is a new addition to my short-list of best wines I've ever had.

Beautiful dark color, great nose, a bit tight with medium body and savory fruit. Very nice long finish.
