Just a few bottles from an awesome Open That Bottle Night celebration this past weekend.
Killer wine. Dense, chewy and dark. There is a roasted/charcoal like note throughout. Graphite, blackberry, black cherry, black plum and currant. Very powerful but silk like on the palate. Iron fist in a velvet glove.

This one was surprisingly different from the others. It had the characteristic blackberry fruit of the others, but was very big, dark, structured, and savory. It was really good, but was not the polished style I normally associate with AO wines.
