I think this is my first Italian Pinot Noir. Definitely different from French and American pinots. Not sure if it’s for me. One nice thing - a low alcohol content. 11.5%

Very earthy , mineral flavoured Pinot that either you like it or don’t. Still young and needed time to open up.

Pours incredibly light garnet, "Italian Pinot is some of the leanest in the world" MM. Red fruits and lots of earth/forest floor aromas, bordering on barnyard funk. Super light on the palate with tart cherry acidity and a bit of that funk, the flavors match the aromas. Paired nicely with salmon, but just not my jam.
