Südtirol-Alto Adige Lagrein

Bright and tart - leaves a mouthwatering acid blast on the tongue. Smells nice but disappears quickly.

A breakfast grapefruit wine.

Simple northern Italian red. As if gamay had a baby with dolcetto

Lagaeder is a pretty solid go-to producer for Alto-Adige. Good acid, nice tannins, dark fruit and earth. A bit less concentrated than other vintages I've had but still a great example of the varietal.

ローズ、ドライフラワー、スパイス的な香り。少し開くとインク。しっかりした色調。
ちょっとヴェジーな要素
赤系の果実に、小梅的な食欲を掻き立てられる酸とミネラル感。ペッパー的な要素とナツメグ、シナモン。
ちょっとブレットとというかワイルドな香りもあるが、ネガなものではない。
しっかりとした果実の割には、出汁っぽい料理全般にピタッと合う。
おでんにも魚粉を効かせた青パパイヤ、にんじん、ツナのラペにも、塩麹の蒸し豚、その野菜出汁で作ったなんちゃってリゾットにもシンデレラフィット。
出汁全般とも合う、しっかり目の赤なんて良すぎる！
グラスはボルドーで！

Definitely could use some age, but a nice big wine with good acid.

Tried different times, everytime a very good wine from Egna / Ora / Cortaccia. Pleased to drink this wine in the Paradise restaurant during my work trip in that area.

One of the best wines I've had in recent memory. Highest rating I've given on Delectable.
