Nose of crushed wheat, clove, chamomile tea, orange peel, and lemon peel.
Hint of citrus up front with a touch of acidity mid way. Kiss of bitterness in the finish. Notes of coriander and wheat along the way.
Excellently balanced and not too spicy as some of these can get. Effortless to drink.
