Color of a lightly deep, golden hue, like yellow gold, medium bodied but surprisingly the palate is like a dry Normandie cider! Crisp, fresh, and dry, with some tingly funk, and then something like acidity or minerality emerging to the edges, with a nutty apple cinnamon like finish.

lacks the precision and riesling-like tension i've come to associate w de moor but who cares—this shit was so much fun. blend of SB, chard and skin contact aligoté. i imagine everything that was left over after harvest? super expressive, ripe, and nutty with plenty of acid to keep everything in check. what's not to love?
