We are at the top of the class. A brilliant, delicate yellow color. The nose is full of citrus and chalk, pleasant and round. The taste is just perfect. A bed of minerality creates the main structure for the wine, with sour notes that keep on cleaning the palate. It just never ends. I wonder if it can get any better than that. This is just pure gold in bottle. And for the price, it's a bargain. Buy in bulk, suggest to your friends, recommend this wine to anyone coming near to you. This is a French jewel.

Reductive Chablis, decant it if you have time. Once open, it just hits all the notes. Crazy Rhythms by The Feelies is ridiculously influential and entirely timeless. They work beautifully together.

Acid and roundness, this is such a stunner!

16.5 2014. From a long list of artisan wines almost all unknown to me (restaurant Table, Paris 12e). Shows high quality of 2014 Chablis. Not v complex, won't keep long, but excellent balance of fruit and acidity.
