Upon opening it offered up a big scoop of butterscotch on the front palate. Midway through the bottle the seashell minerality really broke through and the fruit transitioned to pear skins and lemon pith. This really flowed perfectly with our dinner of grilled barramundi with mango/pineapple salsa and sweet corn, followed by caprese salad. #thanksobama
