Really love this stuff. It's beginning to define a whole new category of sa wine and is so unique. More Rhone white that Loire, the wines is rich, creamy, round and concentrated without being overripe.

Rich and ripe, slightly oily texture, though lovely acidity. This is a great example of where the future of South African wine is headed

The best South African white I've ever had. Loads of complexity, density, ripe fruit, honey, and such crazy length. South Africa is looking good with wines like this

South Africa is still working out how to get the best out of its Chenin Blanc and this is a good example of the progress that is being made: rich, full, almost meaty, with an oiliness from the 11% Sémillon. A good wine, still striving for its acidity.

Solid Chenin Blanc with a additional semillon burst. Solid white But a little pricey! In the 40$ range. To expensive

Beat after 1-2 hours of air and above cellar temp. There's a stone/dust thing going on up front. Lemon, nectarine, flowers, cantaloupe. Nice mix of bright acidity and thicker richness there.

I believe that is my first SA Chenin. I agree. Good spot.

This really impressed in a lineup full of Frenchies. Viscous, smokey, honeyed, fruity and floral all at once.
