After tasting some unlucky alfredo meastro’s this one is exactly what we hoped it would be! nicest grenache of the year so far (yes it is january) relatively light and crisp almost like a beaujolais. 👌

Opaque violet. Fruity, but with more depth than most carbonic maceration. Light wood notes. Finishes on medium-high acid. Grapefruit pulp, bitters, and fresh tobacco.
