At $23 a bottle I should have bought a case. This organic Muscadet. So fresh! Peach and apple with wonderful minerality.

Quince, honeycomb, saline, lemon pulp, almonds, green apples. Excellent acid rounded out by mineral texture, juicy/oily light body, long complex citrus, sea breeze finish. Beautiful texture, goes from acid driven to slightly rich, to crisp. Best served slightly above room temperature to slight chill.
